MUGEN Wanted List

These are the MUGEN characters that I’ve been trying to get, but due to Mugen-Infantry being down, it’s really hard for me to get them. The ones I’ve crossed-out are the ones that I’ve been able to get.

DeathNoteRO?

To play NickelRO, you need a client, and since John can’t get his own client, we either have to use the kRO (Korean Ragnarok Online) or the Niktout Chaos client. Me, I use the Niktout client, because it’s so much easier than the kRO.

The Niktout client comes with some things that you notice right away when you first play. One of them, is the Bleach opening theme. When you first start up the client, before it gets to the login screen, the opening will play. Of course, you can easily skip it by pressing “enter,” but after a while you get tired of it.

Another thing, is that once you’re at the login screen, the Bleach song, “Number One” will play. At first I thought it’d be a cool song, because of the little drum intro, then it turns out to be some really weird song that I would never willingly listen to.

PvPness!

So I was just browsing the internet today, and I didn’t have anything to do, and just when I was about to test out a new character in MUGEN, my friend, Tommy calls. Of course, I didn’t pick up. Well, not purposely, but I wasn’t aware that he called.

It wasn’t until I checked my “Missed Calls” that I found out he called. So I called him back, and he told me that NickelRO is up, and that I should get on to play with him.

NickelRO is a private server of Ragnarok Online that I play on. It’s a high-rate server, which means that your experience (points) rate would be high. So that means that you can reach a really high level without even having to try as hard as you do on a low-rate server. On this server, the max level you reach is 999, and the item drop-rate is 100%, which means that all the rare items that a monster drops on a low-rate can be easily obtained.

My friend, John, is the one that owns this server. He doesn’t have a dedicated server to host NickelRO, so he has to host it via his own computer, and that really annoys me, because sometimes, he’s too lazy to even put the server up, while there are players (myself included) that really want to get on and play. I mean, if you’re going to have a server, you should always try to put it up A.S.A.P. all the time, right? Well, according to what I see, John has a choice to put it up most the time, and he doesn’t.
