DeathNoteRO?

To play NickelRO, you need a client, and since John can’t get his own client, we either have to use the kRO (Korean Ragnarok Online) or the Niktout Chaos client. Me, I use the Niktout client, because it’s so much easier than the kRO.

The Niktout client comes with some things that you notice right away when you first play. One of them, is the Bleach opening theme. When you first start up the client, before it gets to the login screen, the opening will play. Of course, you can easily skip it by pressing “enter,” but after a while you get tired of it.

Another thing, is that once you’re at the login screen, the Bleach song, “Number One” will play. At first I thought it’d be a cool song, because of the little drum intro, then it turns out to be some really weird song that I would never willingly listen to.

So you know what I did today? I changed both of those little things that annoy me. I changed it to where the Death Note opening plays, the one by Nightmare, because the one by Maximum the Hormone is utter garbage. And instead of having Number One play, I put the song, 退屈 (Boredom), from the “,Death Note original soundtrack.”

I know, such little things changed, but you know what they say..
It’s the little things that matter!

The OST (Original Soundtrack) was pretty cool, though. It has a mix of everything in it- from rock, to orchestral, to angelic choirs.

It starts off track-one, “Death Note.” At first, it sounds like simple, slow guitar arpeggios, with some soft bass-drum and piano, and then the tempo of the arpeggios get faster, and the instruments get louder.. Then, the second guitar goes in and does these crazy, screeching wails, with the drums accompanying it. They really chose a good song to start the soundtrack.

I have yet to finish listening to this soundtrack a few more times, so sorry I can’t give you guys a full review.
