Hey guys. I just got back from watching Iron Man! I watched it with my good friend, Brandon.

But my friend, Richard complained about how it was disappointing. His exact words on Myspace were:

Iron Man…:/
Mildly disappointed.

/sigh

Now, I have no clue what he’s talking about, because Iron Man was amazing. But then again, this is coming from the same guy that didn’t like 300. What’s wrong with him?

The movie starts out where Tony Clark presents his new creation, the Jericho missle to the US Air Force. As he rides a humvee back to the base, he gets attacked by terrorists called the Ten Rings. They lock him up in a cave, and expect him to build those missles for them, the terrorists. Instead, he builds his first version of the Iron Man and kicks their asses.

And for some reason, during the parts where Tony Stark was in the Afghanistan, I couldn’t help but remind myself of Assassin’s Creed, a game I’ve been playing.

I will not tell you much after that, ’cause I’m scared that I will ruin it for you. Though, the movie left me pretty happy. It was not disappointing at all, and will make you wonder if there will be a sequel. Which I hope there will.

The soundtrack was pretty great, too! It consisted of guitar, drums, bass and an orchestra. Though as corny as that may sound to you guys, it was VERY badass. There were scenes where he’s in the Iron Man suit, and you hear the punchy-ness of the soundtrack, you’re just like, “Daaaaaamn.”

Also, according to an IGN review, the movie stays true to the comics. So there’s no reason you shouldn’t see it, right? You have the thumbs-up of an IGN critic and me!
