For lack of posts, and due to the fact that I can’t write down anything decent, I’ll just publish this, and I’ll consider it a post. (:

First Week of High School

So the first week has passed, guise! How do you guys feel? Personally, I feel great. School has been swell to me. I have a ton of Senior friends, so I can cruise around with them. Har har. I bet other “fishies” don’t have Senior friends like I do! xD

I look at all my senior friends, and I see that they have a lot of friends in their “inner circle.” So you know what this tells me? That what they have must be the High School experience, where you make a bunch of close friends and stick with them.

Honestly, I hope I find some close friends that are my age like my senior friends have. You know, I want those really close friends that stick with you through High School.

Also, down here in the Garland area, the High Schools are on a schedule of “A” and “B” days. On A days, you have four classes, and on B days, you have 4 different classes. Each class takes about an hour and thirty minutes. The days of A and B days are always going in a pattern (like A, B, A, B, etc.). This pwns because it gives you a longer class-time, and two nights to do your homework.

Pretty much, High School pwns.

School Starts Tomorrow

Sigh; school starts tomorrow. Sure, it’s a new beginning, but I’m pretty sure we all would just like to stay at home or hang out with some friends a little longer. I guess you can just say that I’m lazy. It’s not like I’m unprepared either; I’m very much prepared. Gah; I just don’t want to go back, that’s all. I don’t want to deal with the same types of assholes I’ve had to deal with at my middle school.

Though, all the positive things weigh-out the negative things. There’s going to be a whole bunch of different people, and quite-possibly some familiar faces I knew in elementary school. I’m also going to see a bunch of my older friends there, plus the middle school friends that are going with me to the same high school.

Not only that, but I can finally “start fresh.”

So I guess there are a few things to look forward to tomorrow.  I can only hope everything goes out well, right?

Edit: Guh; I still have yet to do my P90X for today AND yesterday.

I’ve Made the Switch From Azureus To µTorrent

I’ve made the switch from Azureus to µTorrent, and honestly, I don’t regret a single thing. Azureus used up a bunch of resources, it was clunky, and by-default, it came with bullshit extras. Now, don’t get me wrong, some people want the extras, but minimalists, like myself, don’t. I know that you can easily turn it off, but why would anyone have to do that with a torrent client? In fact, why would a torrent client come with useless bundled extras anyway? Not only that, but Azureus is Java-based, and; even when I’ve tweaked my settings for Azureus, it’s still slow. The only thing that I actually like about Azureus is that it doesn’t drain your bandwidth when you’re browsing or gaming, but with the slow speeds, it’s just the same.

While µTorrent, on the other hand, gives you:

• Lightning-fast speeds
• Lightweight, taking up to only 96k
• Less strain on your CPU, with only 20,000k memory usage
• No bullshit extras
• Updates frequently
• Pwns most other torrent clients

So readers, if you’re using Azureus, or any other crappy torrent client, please make the change to µTorrent. It pwns, and I approve of this message.
